Outsourcing Policy: No Outsourcing
A-Check does not (and never has) outsourced or offshored customer service or employment / education verification functions. A-Check firmly believes in the value of a centralized service model which results in consistent, high levels of customer satisfaction ratings and a successful verifications rate of 99.8 percent.
We do not utilize home workers or part-time labor. A-Check customer service and processing center employees are a diverse group of full-time professionals with a minimum 2-4 weeks of intensive training, based at our principal processing center in Riverside, California.
For international criminal records research, A-Check's policy is to utilize direct employees as well as carefully-vetted Global Alliance Researcher Partners to perform country-specific searches. This approach ensures only experienced local researchers retrieve criminal records information from the more than 200 countries and territories around the world A-Check services.
To minimize cross-border data privacy issues, international researchers are provided only the minimum information and documentation necessary to conduct their specific assignments and are required to destroy any hard copies and electronic files of their research upon confirmation of receipt by A-Check.
A-Check's Compliance Department ensures all country laws are observed with respect to cross-border privacy and personal data protection requirements.
Criminal records information is uploaded to our systems in real time, then processed and managed by our centralized processing center in the United States.
