Online Requests through A-Check Direct™:
Most A-Check clients log on to A-Check Direct™ to submit, view, and receive background and drug screening reports directly from their computer. Using A-Check's real-time interface, clients can see their request begin progress immediately upon submission. The client decides what work is going to be performed and A-Check Direct does the rest.
Certain information such as credit reports, social security trace, driver's report and certain criminal records can be viewed immediately with the remainder of the information available within 24 to 72 hours. Clients can view the progress of their request, print background and drug screening reports, order MERIT Profiles and obtain detailed management reports through A-Check Direct™.
Requests Via Fax:
A-Check accommodates this preference by providing a toll free fax number. As soon a faxed request is received, it is inspected for completeness of information as well as compliance with client ordering rules. If any needed information is illegible or missing, we will communicate with the applicant (or requester depending on client business rules) for clarification. The request is then entered into A-Check Direct™ where it is processed.
Requests Via Clients' ATS / HRIS:
In addition to web and fax ordering, Clients may submit and retrieve reports via their existing ATS / HRIS system. A-Check's successful track record of integration with major ATS / HRIS systems ensures a smooth transition for clients looking to switch background screening providers and/or incorporate the background and drug screening component into the familiar environment of their own recruiting system. There is no charge to the client for integration work, from A-Check's side.
A-Check's recent integrations include PeopleSoft 8.9, Position Manager and Agile•1 ATS. Because we utilize the newest HR-XML protocol, our systems have extensive capabilities integrating with virtually any large scale HRIS/HRMS or ATS utilized today including: PeopleSoft, Brass Ring, PeopleClick, and hundreds of others.
