County Criminal Search
A-Check offers county criminal records going back five, seven or ten years.
National Criminal Database
Available for five, seven and ten year searches, A-Check America's National Criminal Database search (NATCRIM) includes over 250 million criminal records from all fifty states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
Federal Criminal Records
A search of court records in appropriate federal judicial districts will be conducted. Currently, a nationwide database search is available for searches of both federal and criminal records.
Sex Offender Registry Search
While convictions for sexual offenses will appear upon the criminal record in the county or state where the offense was committed, oftentimes sexual offenders will relocate where there criminal records will not reflect the offense. However, under federal law, sexual offenders must register with sexual offender registries whenever they relocate.
Professional License Verification
Professional license verifications are conducted through appropriate state governments or professional associations when our customers specify the license designation and the source to be contacted (i.e. attorney license, Healthcare certifications, CPA, etc.) The license grantor is asked about the date the license was issued, expiration date and any restrictions attached to the license.
Drivers Direct (California only)
Find out immediately when a reportable event is attached to a driver's license through A-Check's direct electronic connection to the DMV's Employer Pull Notice Program.
