Federal District Criminal searches locate federal offense case records. Information is available instantaneously through a web-based system maintained by the administrative Office of the United States Courts.  Searches may go back five, seven and ten years.

Sexual Offender Search

A-Check America will provide a statewide repository search for registered sexual offenders in all states where access to this information is allowed.  All 50 states do maintain sexual offender registries, but not all allow general public access to registry data.  States where this information is not available are South Dakota and Vermont.  Information yielded varies depending upon state statute, but typically includes identifiers, registered address and certain conviction details.
