ADJUDICATION SERVICES
"Adjudication" refers to making an employment decision based in full or in part on the results of a Background/Drug screening report. It is the process of using information obtained and reported by A-Check to decide whether an applicant fits within your organizations' hiring guidelines, and making a hiring a decision based on the results.
While A-Check does not make the actual employment decision for you, we provide vital information and compare it to your corporate guidelines, giving you the tools needed to make an informed hiring decision. A-Check's systems provide clients the flexibility to customize adjudication guidelines to suit their needs while maintaining compliance with applicable state and federal laws.
