Motor Vehicle Records — Driver's Report
State laws vary regarding retention of driving records. Generally, this search will reveal the applicant's 3-5 year driving history and may provide insight into a potential liability. Research is completed electronically with each of the respective state / province Department of Motor Vehicles, unless relevant law requires subject participation through signed authorizations and/or does not permit electronic transmission of MVR data. In this case, A-Check will obtain necessary authorizations and completes the process.
A summary of the applicant's motor vehicle record will be provided. Reported information will include type of license, any violations, disciplinary actions, convictions, issue date, expiration date, revocations, suspensions, accidents, status and restrictions.
For a schedule of State Department of Motor Vehicles fees.
