An MRO is an established physician who will assist in the processing of all D.O.T. drug screenings and also assists with non-D.O.T. drug screenings as requested by clients.

A-Check's MRO reviews the results of the drug screening within two hours of receiving them, consults with the donor candidate when necessary, and the results are forwarded immediately to our client.

A-Check's Medical Review Officers hold memberships in the American Association of Medical Review Officers (AAMRO), and are certified by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC).
