Client Data Access and Security Practices
The majority of A-Check's clients access our services securely via web through A-Check Direct™. A-Check Direct™ offers an easy to use, well-organized interface for ordering and retrieving reports and managing your organization's account online.
Only designated client users with the appropriate access level may access data on clients' candidates and employees.
A-Check America's systems offer four distinct client user access levels, with substantial customization features, that allow clients to control who can and cannot use the system, what services they may order, and what information they may access:
- Supervisor Level Supervisor Level users are the System Administrators. A-Check Direct™ provides the Supervisor Level user the ability to create or delete users. The Supervisor Level user can grant, modify, or revoke access to screening data of any user in the system. They have control of who uses the system, and what level of access other system users are allowed. They can access any management report and any individual report system-wide, within their account.
- Manager Level Manager Level users have complete access to all screening reports requested by all users under their direction, and also control the level of security access for said users. They can only access reports and data within their "group," as designated by the Supervisor Level user.
- Requester Level Requester Level users may access only the data relating to their own screening requests. They can order and retrieve only their own reports.
- Data Entry Level Data Entry Level users may only order screening services but not retrieve any report data at all.
